    Internal Cables....

This will be my first time building up a bike with internal cables....I have watched a few youtube vids and learned some tricks. I have heard that some bikes their internal cable routes are fixed or already have "tubes" there so the need to play the old back and forth cable inner housing game isn't needed? is this the case with the troy and or the spartan? or do I get the fun of that game?

I just did my Troy over the weekend. There are no internal guides. Its a bit tricky with the port covers but eventually figured out a good way of installing them. The frame does come with some shrink wrap tubing to help quiet the cables inside of the frame.

I think Park tools little magnetic hose thing is good for this. time to DIY some magnetic clips.

Dental floss and a vacuum would do it just fine. Tie it to the end of gear cable then pull it through, then route derailleur housing over the cable (housing is too stiff, cable is easier to pull through).
