2009 GT Carbon Force Expert (26") to Devinci Carbon XP?

Anybody know if this will be an improvement in ride? My GT has all XT, Stans ZTR Crest/Chris King hubs, Fox 32 Talas ect. I'm mostly curious about the suspension regarding the Devinci bikes. Is the Devinci suspension design superior to the older GT I-Drive?
Also, Troy Carbon XP vs Troy Carbon RC (2015's). Is the RC worth the added cost?

    Thanks

The Devinci suspension works as good as any bike I have ever owned or ridden. It works so well you tend to just forget about it during your rides.

Wheel size may be one of the biggest changes you'll notice. If it were me I would buy the less expensive XP model and swap the wheels out to something nicer and lighter like a Stan's Flow or Arch depending on weight and riding style.
Best Source for Ellsworth Devinci and Ventana!
