    what is the lowest cost cyclocross bike you have seen that comes with disc brakes ?

    brand new...not used
    even if it is last years model or older .

    the bike i have now is too big for me.

    so when i get a new bike
    i can end up with disc brakes.

    Base-model Kona Jake comes with 'em for a list price of $1150.

    There are a number of builds over on Commuting done with the Nashbar disc 'cross frame. Since you already have a complete bike, that might be a feasible approach.

    not many online kona dealers i can find with the jake disc model.
