Stevens and Promax cable to hydro brakes

I was at a local bike shops and Promax makes there funky cable to hyrdro brakes. Has anyone seen these brakes? I awaiting hydro STI levels but this is interesting. Bike was full force with Stan's wheels for 2.8k. The bike has this funky deal under the stem.

It's not "Promax" it's a TRP (Tektro) Parabox unit. 324 Labs and Hope also make one.
