    Single speed chromoly recommendations?

Anyone have some recommendations for a single speed chromoly ride? I keep coming back to the Raleigh Furley but I can't actually find one, at least not on sale like I'd like

Nature Boy. Good bike, good spec, 3 variations. I own one and love it. Plus you can get them from any QBP dealer. Lots of people on this forum also have experience around the bike as well. Good luck!

    Surly Cross Check
    Soma Wolverine - Frame only
    Van Dessel WTF

Last two are marketed as monstercross if that's your thing.

    2nd the on-one pompino V4 frame and fork set @ $274. non-disc and 120mm spacing though.

    A big +1 here.

I am running mine with a set of WTB Nano 40c tires, geared 38x17. Really versatile ride.

I have both the nature boy and pompino. I raced the pompino last year and it performed nicely. Nature boy has a little different geometry, wider tire clearance, more bells and whistles on the frame, and seems to soak up vibrations a little better, but I have not raced it.

I think both are fine frames.

Maybe Genesis from the uk has something. Their frames are reynolds 725 which I think is heat treated 4130. This is quite good steel.
Rule #9 // If you are out riding in bad weather, it means you are a badass. Period.
