i can only speculate why you need a screenshot, but nashbar are kinda punks like that. i tried to get free shipping on an order since it was clearly listed on their google search ad and they made me jump through hoops just to get it. they basically put me on hold while they had some modify their search ad. then they get back on the phone and say, "refresh and you won't see it anymore, but if you call in your order we can comp your shipping."
