Nice! I would consider leaving the small ring on the front just as a 'chain guard' of sorts, even though you don't intend to use it, the chain will not fall off and get stuck on the inside. Unless of course, you're confident that your chain will not fall off on the inside (bouncing your bike on your back as you carry it up a run-up sometimes makes the chain go where it's not supposed to).

39 ring in the middle.. The 42t bash guard on the outside will keep the chain from falling off the outside (and my pants clean when I ride it to the bar), and the N-Gear Jump Stop will keep it from falling off on the inside.

That gear stop looks cool, I've got a cheaper one on the 1x9 cx bike, but one of those might work better.

Its pretty cheap, only costs like $10.. After a little research i learned allot of pro's use it... Was originally planing on going with K-edge or Paul chain keepers, but for the price I figured this was worth a shot.

Love the Con Crosso. Wonder why they stopped selling it... Seemed like a great bike to me.

Been using an N-Gear jumpstop for 3 years on my race bike without issue. In that time I know a handful of people who've run the K-Edge and Paul and they were both a PITA to keep working correctly.

Thanks guys! I'm pretty happy with it. Pics with the vinyl are coming up next...

I had a few setbacks and lessons learned:

Kenda Happy Mediums wouldn't seal tubeless on my Easton Circuts. The bead has ridges all the way around, the gorilla tape did a good job filling them in but the tire was so tight that I damaged some of the tape (and broke all my levers) while mounting. I was loosing about 15psi by the end of the day.

KMC chain ordered from amazon only had half of the "Missing Link" connector

Jagwire cables and housing ordered on ebay directly from Hong Kong did not include shift cables and the rear brake cable was too short.

Salsa Headtube Badge is back on, and I did a vinyl wrap on the fork to cover up that last little bit of blue.
