    CX Training Schedule

    What do you guys recommend for a training schedule? This looks promising:

    Looks great. All you need is 10-12 hours a week. Simon and Adam know what they are talking about and you can't go wrong with their plans.

    I really disagree with the running advice at the bottom of the linked article. I've never been in a CX race where I'm fully recovered at the start of each run. Instead, you're already at a high HR, go even higher during a run, and then need to recover slightly on the fly before the next surge. I think fartlek style intervals are more effective where you're running at a steady pace, surge for the work interval, return to steady state pace for partial recovery, and then repeat. The goal should be to increase Lactate Threshold instead of increasing all-out top running speed.
