2.5 cm drop in stem height would u notice?

I just bought my B bike. Miscommunication has led to the fork on the B bike to be about 2 cm shorter than the A bike.

The A bike fits well and i mostly ride on the hoods. Do you think that is a significant/noticeable drop if I cut the A bike steerer tube to match the B bike?

    Opinions requested.

    Thanks

I'd notice it, but can you flip your stem, or use a +10 to get you closer where you need to be.

It would be closer than 25mm, which you'll surely notice.
