    1" Fork Help
Does anyone know where I can get a 1" CF for without disc mounts? Road bike forks aren't too hard to find but they don't have cantilever mounts. I don't want to buy a used CF fork either.

Thanks, Surly does make a nice fork. I have a steel fork now. I was hoping for a lead on a CF fork.

    Nashbar Carbon Cyclocross Fork

Not many 1" out there anymore, besides *bay...

I was looking for one myself lately, and bought a Surley.

I've seen the Nashbar. It's a nice fork. I was just hoping for one without disc mounts.

I had a Winwood CF fork with a 1" steerer on Lemond Poprad.
Got the fork from QBP in about 2006. I'm about 95% sure it was canti-only, no disc mount.
QBP no longer carries it, but perhaps one might pop up on the 'bay. Worth keeping an eye out for.

I remember now, it was called the "dusty 'cross." They also had a "muddy 'cross" - but that model had a disc mount.

Carbon Cycles has awesome CF forks, and some have 1" steerers: CarbonCycles.CC :: Components :: Products

I've had one with a 1 1/8" steerer for 5 years and I'm still happy with it.
