    What ever happened to VST?

I'm wondering what happened to FTW's Sinister Passion with the VST suspension? I remember reading somewhere how FTW guaranteed this would be the "best" riding bike prior to Interbike 06, people would be blown away. There was alot of buzz at interbike about the Passion and it's Variable Suspension Technology, but haven't heard a word since fall of 06. Just wondering is this ever going to come to fruition since Sinister has apparently dropped the R9.

VST is coming. Between moving Sinister operations and building up the manufacturing facility, we didn't pay close enough attention to the patten proccess . Just playing the waiting game now. Sorry for the stalled projects....lawyers we ain't .
We will have a new DH race frame for the 09 season.

The Gruitr looks like a good trail bike and does not cost a fortune either.
I just wonder why there's so little about it outside Sinister's own websites. Such a small production?

Sinister ran the National DH series a few years back and has always been the quiet ones out there, awesome bikes.

    Oh my lord....

All I can say is WANT.

Anyone have an idea how much that is going to go for once released?
