    XCL vs. RFX comparison

Can anyone compare the CHUMBA XCL to an 2008 Turner RFX?
Both frames assume to hold an RP23 rear shox and an 2008 TALAS 36 160mm fork.

Those two bikes aren't really in the same category. If you are looking for a Chumba with similar characteristics to an RFX, check out the EVO.

Been some good suggestions over on the Turner board.
Shorter, lower, faster accel in tight tracks (maybe), possible 4x conversion then XCL.
Longer legged, higher, faster/more plush on descent (maybe) then RFX

Mind you I have never ridden either. I was just looking into new rigs and both of these bikes were on my short list. The XCL made it to the very short list and the rfx did not!

All depends on what exactly you want.

Current XCL owner. Former 6 Pack (RFX) owner. In my opinion: apples and oranges. I agree with jcc that the RFX compares to the EVO. And the XCL compares more to the 5.5 Spot.
