A question for the custom builders out there about warranty repairs

Let's say you have a client who purchased one of your titanium frames and they had an issue with that frame where it broke at the driveside chainstay.
The purchaser then returned it to you at your request and you agreed that the fault was one that should be covered by your warranty.
What would you say is a reasonable turn-around time for the repair?

2 weeks if it's fully custom. But keep in mind that components may not be available. I've turned one around in 2 days. It all depends on circumstances.

    Thanks for the reply.
I am actually asking this as the custom builder has now been sitting on this for over 11 months.
I know gorgeous curvy frames are worth the wait but 11 months is just stupid.
