Just getting back to bicycling after a 12 year break.. been riding road a lot only because it is convenicent. However, just came back from a ride yesterday with my Pisgah... first time I have road her in 12 years.
I forgot how much technique it takes to ride uphill on the steep and loose stuff. I think new tires will help, but not much. However, when she connects to the ground on the climbs, feels like a rocket.
I plan to get a more up to date Carbon 29"er, but am in no hurry. Here she is after I took her down from the garage wall. Cleaned and tuned her up.
