    My new Land Shark 650b

    I just picked up this Pro Carbon Dirt Shark 650b, this is the first 650b frame John has made.













    The paint was inspired by the Hamaan Maclaren:


    It's a full XT build with an x-fusion velvet fork, king headset, thomson stem and post, and a groovy cycleworks luv handle though I'm considering getting the new ritchey carbon bullmoose bar.

    The wheels are off of a different bike until I get my tax return so I can build up a proper set.

    Nice. Do you know what rear end was used? With the wishbone, looks like something pre-fab (vs. individual carbon tubes). Thanks for the info --Dan

    I believe it is an easton rear end, I know that is what John used on my road bike. It was originally a 26" rear end but John modified the dropouts to give more clearance for the larger tires.
