I guess I better show mine, then

    Red Stripe

    Born: November 1997
Weight: 3.95 lbs (me no want breaky)
    Parent: Well, me of course!
Delivered by: Dr. Larry Skagen, Fargo ND
Details: full custom hand-made fillet brazed 853. Originally with one-of-a-kind steel fork & stem.

She doesn't see much saddle time these days due to having to compete with a RM Slayer, a one speed Bridgestone X0-1, and a skinny tired fixed gear. But each time I hop on I say, "Yeaaaahh.....now THIS is why I threw down for a custom frame".

However, being 5 years old it was built around a 63-80mm fork, and thus the 100mm I have has raked the front end up too much. So the next project (if I feel it's worth sinking the $$ into it) is to find another decent 80mm fork that I can afford. I don't need 100mm on an XC bike anyway......
