Fair price for an older Curtlo frame

I'm planning to get a slightly used Curtlo frame (may around 50 miles of use). It doesn't have disc tabs though. My question is if it is fair to pay 400 dollars for it? It is in excellent condition. I believe it is the 24-hour model with the curved seatstays. Thanks.

Sounds good to me. If I saw one in that condition at that price that fit I'd buy it, and I already have a Curtlo 29er SS.

    Fit question

I believe Curtlo's are made to order so there's no geometry or measurement on their website. The one I'm planning to get is 18 inches in size with a TT of 22 inches. I hope it fits me at 5 ft. 8 in. Thanks
