    carver ti 99er

Anyone using the carver ti 99er geared for their ride? Looking to build one up and wondered how they compared to other ti manufacturers as far as comfort and fit? 445mm chainstays, how does it climb and descend?

I rode a Ti 99er all last year as a 1x9. I have no complaints about the bike. It rode a bit smoother than my jabberwocky and the ti finish is hard to beat. I found it climbed very well and I was able to clear some stuff on the 1x9 that I couldn't on my 3x9, though it may have just been mental. Overall I'd have to say that they are a great value. I'm not sure about now, but when I bought mine they were offering free custom geometry on a ti bike that is already 1/2 price of most ti builders. If was to to go back to the 29er scene, that bike would be at the top of my list...Good luck!
