    Hi Folks,
I just got a new ride...2007 Bianchi Oetzi Worlds.
Anyone have any reviews on this bike?
    Thanks,

Mr. Iroc, I bought one about 4 years ago, it is a very light bike with ultra high end (for it's time) hardware.

I bought it from Sids Bikes in NYC.

it was as spec per the Bianchi website.

    Frame Oetzi Alu TB
    Fork SID WC White
    Headset FSA ORBIT ZS
    Handlebar BIG N'bar, Color: Black
Stem DEDA NEWTON Super Over, Color: Black
Brakes/Levers AVID Juicy 7 disc; levers included
Crankset FSA CARBON Pro Team Issue CK-905A
Bottom Bracket FSA BB-9924Ti Platinum Pro Ti-Mega Quad
    Chain SRAM PC-990
    Cassette SRAM PG-990 11/32
Pedals Crank Brothers Egg Beater SL
    Wheels Mavic Crossmax SL Disc
Tires Michelin Tubeless XCR A/T 26"x2.00
    Derailleurs, r/f SRAM X.O / SRAM X-GEN
    Shifters SRAM X.O Trigger
Saddle Selle Italia TT, Color: Gold
    Seatpost PMP Carbon

List $4,299, I paid $3,700 (Sids Bikes NYC special ordered it for me at a discount)

I replaced the gold saddle with an exact TT but in black, (the gold was a bit gaudy)

As put together by professionals the front spokes grazed the brake caliper. It sounded like a music box. Pretty irritating for a 3K + bike.
No amount of adjustment would fix this issue.
I solved this by putting a 203mm front disc to push the caliper out clearing the spokes.

The bottom bracket went out after about 200 hours so I replaced it with a similar FSA one.
Once the original bracket was out, I found a hand full of aluminum chips (left over from cutting the BB treads at original manufacture) and the chain stay tubes had huge burrs on them that were not removed. This is only visible from inside the BB mount.
I think it is a pretty SAD state of affairs that a hand made Reparto Corse bike would have this sort of lack of workmanship.

Overall the bike has been pretty good. I have ridden in New York (all 5 boroughs) France, Germany and Switzerland.
