    Trout Brook

Recently riders have been hitting the trails at Trout Brook after a rain storms and the trails were extremely wet with caused excessive rutting of the trails which did not go unnoticed by the land managers. They ask that you please lets the trails dry before riding them. With the stretch of wet weather recently we are all amped up to get out on the trails, but even with a beautiful sunny day, a trail system may not be in shape to ride. It takes time after a rain for the trails to properly drain, riding on very wet trails just ruts then, ride at locations that drain quicker. It is ours to keep and also ours to lose, so let minimally impact the trails so they remain open to riders and stay in pristine conditions.
