Fifth Annual Vernon Connecticut Turkey Day Bike Ride!

Hello, my name is Eric and I am an avid mountain biker. I came up with the Steele's Crossing Turkey Day bike ride as an alternative to the Manchester Road Race.

It isnt a mountain bike ride, but a social 14 mile bike ride on a gravel, dirt rail trail.. The ride starts promptly at 830am from Sacred Heart Church in Vernon. on route 30 next to pedal power. So you should arrive at least a half hour ahead to get ready.

There is a prebreakfast starting at 7am at R House Restruarant in Vernon.

It is a canned food drive so please bring two non perishable food items.

We are expecting close to 300 bike riders this year.

Any questions feel free to call me at 860 7070595

Wish I could, but I always travel with the fam on Thanksgiving. Great job - sounds like a good time!
