Anybody ever run over a squirrel?

Anybody ever run over a squirrel while riding?
I have had so many close calls... Just wondering if anyone might have squished a critter unintentionally...

Yeah, I hit a squirrel on my road bike this season, while going about 18Mph. The guy just came running out into the road, I hit him with BOTH wheels, and he just kept running. By the time I looked back, he was gone.

    I guess he was okay?

I've had close calls with chipmunks, armadillos(in Fl), deer, turkey, and wild quail.

a week ago i got one caught in my fork and bounced his head off the frame, i went down and he disappeared into the woods. next day my LBS guy picked a bunch of fur off the frame and fork when he was checking the bike for damage.

I've accidentally run over 2 snakes. First was a small garter snake and I don't think it made it. I didn't actually see it, but my buddy said it was twisting up like I broke its spine. Second was a large black racer. I saw that one and it startled me. Ran over a bit of its tail before it took off.

My buddy Mike has ridden over several in the same trail section. I'm still in the near miss club. Been hit on both wheels by dogs in pursuit, bunny hopped a little dog a while back and had a turkey glance off the front wheel (truly nature's dumbest creature), but no crunch yet.
The most expensive bike in the world is still cheaper than the cheapest open heart surgery.
