Your camera makes me look fat, or maybe it was the ice cream. I didn't get many good pictures.

The Sawyer River trail was a nice isolated stretch through the woods. We were the first people to cross it since it rained.

Here's a slightly fuzzy picture of MTB Xploring

The trail got even smaller, that's it on the far side of the brook.

The climb to the top of this notch was...hard. Map my ride actually rates it at a CAT2. That may have been my first CAT2 climb.

Yeah, that’s Bear Notch in Bedward’s last pic. It is especially hard if you do parts of it 3 times, as he patiently did as I slowly grannied my way up. Thanks to Rodar for the distracting conversation too!

I like to climb. The spotted salamanders watched in awe as you passed.

How long of a ride was it?

Looks like a nice place. Sometime I should wander over to that area of the world.

We road right around 30 miles. The trip included rocky and rooty trails, singletrack, ankle deep water in places, nice trails like the one in the pics, dirt road and tar. We stopped for wild blueberries and not so wild ice cream. There were fresh moose tracks on the trail but we didn't get to see any moose.

If we had carried the bungie cords that we considered for dragging Bedwards along in light of his race the previous weekend, we could have used them for HIM to pull US

Checking in from the madhouse on Mt Desert Island- very pretty, but way too crowded. I liked the rural life in the mountains better. Should be able to post pics Mon or Tue.

Bedwards, it was probably the blueberries that made you look fat. Ice cream can`t do that.

    Version 3

I haven`t yet figured out how to slip text in between the images. The one with Bedwards forraging in the bushes was my introduction to wild blueberries and the soggy ones illustrate how it was that I had to stop to clear a trout out of my shoe.

That was before you committed to getting your feet wet.

    Good shots Rodar.
To put text between you have to add them as pictures andWe 3 MTBR Commuters - NH Meet- Up 7/20/13-2013-07-20-11.10.52.jpg
put the text after/between the {ATTACH=CONFIG]#####{/ATTACH} tags. Except the braces will be these "[]"

I can see how yours ended up when I quote you, but don`t understand how to get there. You load them all together and then drag them around somehow? Or does it have to do with the "insert" button that only appears after selecting but before uploading?

    EDIT: Ah, ha! Nevermind
