    The woman responsible turned herself in through her lawyer 4 days after the death. Shows a bit more remorse than some. So many variables in sentencing for vehicular homicide in Colorado, but it is a Class 4 felony.

    I don't understand all the sudden angst amongst the Fort Collins cyclists unless as a group the average driver of their fair city has suddenly become more aggressive or inattentive. A comment hints that might be the case. It is a unease we all take to the road and it serves to help us ride defensively. It is not a reason to stop riding unless the drivers really have gone nuts.
