    These look a lot like the wildlife warning lights I've seen along I-80/90 across northern Indiana. Their reliability is suspect, IME.

    I always hate when the bike lane abruptly disappears. My city is in the early phases of "bikeification". They are striping bike lanes generally in places where the lane is wide enough that bikes and cars co-existed alright already. Now you get to choke points or intersections (they love right turn lanes for some reason) and the lane abruptly disappears or dumps into a turn lane. I hate those places
