IRC Smoothie 1.25" 95 PSI Rated MTB Tire

Anyone use these? Durability...ride quality, traction...etc...

Looks like the low profile "street racer" tires on all the rice burner tuners I see on the streets.

Ride quality? At 95psi they ride like bricks! Plain and simple. And on you average mtb rim you don't want to run them much lower than 80psi unless you like dingers in your rims, or are fortunate enough to have a commute route with nice smooth pavement in good condition.

Traction? They're fine on pavement, and okay on hardpacked dirt. Gravel is a little scketchy as is wet pavement, but as long as you keep that in mind they're fine.

Personally for the road conditions where I live I go with something with a bit more volume, 1.75" or better. But IRC makes a good tire for the most part.
