    The comment from the driver that is afraid to pass a cyclist because he does not want to thurt them....

    Is so wrong....If it is not safe to pass then you must not pass....that way you will not hurt the cyclist.

    It is not the responsiblity of the cyclist to ensure you can go as fast as you want.

    I get this attitude alot usually about the 3 or 4 day after a dump, the frustration level of the drivers has risen due to the comuutes taking much longer due to the bad conditons...so they get to feeling entitled.
