    Cyclists, How's Your Uninsured Motorist Coverage?

    This is PR, but it seems like good advice to me. Your car insurance can cover you on the bike...

    Higher than the minimum level, can't remember the numbers. Never needed it yet, hope to not have to...remember your still on the hook for the deductible...

    Don't even like thinking about that deductible... Its much higher.

    20k in tooth implants will take care of that deductible real quick.

    For your UM coverage to apply, you must first be hit by a car. In states with PIP, that coverage may apply as well. UM coverage will give you compensation for being hurt in addition to paying medical costs. Each state has different laws though, so it is not a broad brush.
