    Cranks: Went with more teeth

I recently added different chainrings to my commuter....It's faster but harder to get used to. It has 48/36/26 ratio. But I do kinda like it as I start to ride it more. But it's icy now in Utah and I'll have to wait til spring for the bulk of the riding. I'm wondering if my GF Utopia is better off with the small chainrings or the bigger ones I put on there. Other than weight, I see a big difference. Anyone else here go bigger on the chainrings.

Big rings for road, small rings for off road.
