    Utah has the 3' rule specifically written to yeild to bikers - even has full lane if no designated bike lane...

    But the local news is running a story about bikers and how they're breaking laws and being rude in traffic and how peeved the drivers are about them. Real good for the rest of us that bike commute, etc.

    ^^ I assume they mean work zone/road repair trucks where drivers and workers might be and might move into the road near the truck. Yes, as written it implies every semi you pass, which given their width in their lane, would require crossing the fog line onto the rumble strip. Editor fun too much here I think for best clarity.
