I hope you could help me.

I purchased my 2012 Commencal Meta AM2 directly from Commencal on-line store.
A few weeks ago the rear hub broke up. The Weel+hub is Fulcrum made and based on the warranty, I should contact Fulcrum (2 years warranty, they say...). Needless to say I have alll documentation, receipts, identity card, etc.

I live in Israel where there is no Fulcrfum agent/distributor/service.
So I tried to contat Fulcrum online and they didn't reply. I sent them a message on FB and they replied: "please look for the neerest service center"...

So, anyone can think of a good, efficient idea or am I stuck with that crappy Fulcrum wheel?
