    Commencal Meta 5.5 question

I have a Meta 5.5 on the way, and I'm going to set it up with two chainrings instead of one. Here's my question: what is the biggest chainring I could fit in the middle ring position? I will put a bashguard where the big ring goes, but I will be racing SuperD which often has pedaling fireroad sections, so I would like to stick a 42tooth in there.
If nobody has tried this, a close up picture of a triple ring set-up with a 44t bigring could help me judge the clearance between the ring and the chainstays.

    Thanks,
    -Menso

whoaaaa! yeah. Is that a 42t? If so, it looks like a 40t will fit, which, btw, fits in my chameleon. Thanks for the pic.
