    Commencal Max Max SuperTeam

    Hi Guys,

I recently bought a Superteam Max Max frame (the neon lime green one), and will be building it over the next few months.

Question - Do I have to run a rear bolt through axle on this, and if so what length and diameter? I plan to run this as a 9 speed, with short cage mech, and thought I could use a rear skewer, so bought some wheels - the wheels fit the frame but the skewer is too short to be able to secure it to the frame.

i am going to guess that it needs a 135mm rear end. i know on my supreme dh it uses a 12mm thru axle, but not sure on the maxmax. send the commencal customer service a quick email, they have always been fantastic at getting right back to me. enjoy it!

When you say the wheels fit, does the axle fit in the frame? Or is there a 1/4" gap on each side?
You have just been mentally Rick Roll'd. Yup you're thinking about it right now aren't you? Don't fight it.
