New question here. 2012 meta am...shock with reservoir?

Bought a 2012 meta am w/o rear shock.
Can I fit a dhx air?
I read no...but then stumbled on some site that said there is a link that allows it.

    My questions:
    1. Did stock 2012 meta am come with modified link to run a shock with reservoir?
    2. Is there a recommended tuning if I run a fox ctd ie medium tune...low tune?
    Thanks for the help

The issue isn't the link, it's the chain stays that need to have an "opening" to accommodate for the the piggyback when the shock it's compressed.

Regarding the tune, there is indeed a recommended one, but Fox uses a bit more complicated scheme than low/medium/high like SRAM. I don't have access to the shock now, but could look into it later. You could also e-mail the guys at Commençal, I've had nothing but positive and swift replies.

Hopefully they come in other colors besides pink to match the sx.

"Important : while placing the order, please specify the model and the model-year bike in order to have the right color. "

for my shock...i called commencal and told them i wanted to run a float CTD. they recommended a Low tune for that shock. So that's what i ordered...
