Anyone ride up there this year?

I haven't been up this year but just spoke with a friend that lives in Glade Park. She said that it is extremely muddy up there. Muddy to the point that the town is having difficulty making repairs to the pipeline that supplies some Glade Park residents with water (think Fruita #2 that is along the trail).

Also called Ruby Canyon Cycles. They said that everything but Haypress was good a week ago. The rain we recently got makes Haypress kind of iffy.

    If you go, please update.

It's not too hot yet. I'll wait a week or two. Thanks a ton for the info

Updates? I saw the COPMOBA email about needing tires on black pine. But wasn't sure on TF/Haypress conditions in general.

There's a facebook group called Colorado Western Slope Trail Conditions and they've been updating pretty regularly. Last week they found some mud in places, but I've heard from others that it's been riding pretty good.

Just rode it today. Everything is good to go aside from Haypress...it is still pretty messy.

Thanks. Decided to be patient and give it more time. Rode elsewhere today.
