A lot of smoke in the Grand Valley, seems like too much smoke to be from that Nucla fire.

The Girl I Ride With and I were on the NE side of the La Sal mountains this Sun/Mon. Sunday was fine. Smelled woodsmoke in the night, wasn't sure if it neighbors or... Morning is was hazy from smoke and we thought maybe it was coming down the wind from the west side of the La Sals.

Instead, it seems it's the CA fires. (The smell may have been local...) We didn't see any sign of smoke from near Nucla. But then, we couldn't see very far through the smoke from CA.
