    Lunch Loops Route Suggestions

Riding the lunch loops on Sunday for the first time. Can anyone suggest a good route, any must rides? We are pretty comfortable with technical riding although riding any of the double black stuff is kind of a judgement call when we actually see it.

Up Pete-e-kes, then start with Holy Cross. Mostly fun tech, a few tough spots on little uphill moves (tough for me anyway). But a great ride, don't miss it.

If ready for more tech, Climb back up to the ridge, head up High Noon back to holy cross but hang a right and go up Prenup. Techy stuff is Eagles or gunnector to gunny loop. If you're ready for Double blacks (Jumps, drops) then head up to Free lunch back down to Pucker up.

If Holy Cross was plenty of tech and you want more XC style then take the Holy Bucket turn off at the bottom of Holy Cross and circle around to Klunker, then climb back up the ridge and ride Ali Ali loop, Miramonte Rim then head back up to Raven Ridge and Curts Lane down.

Here are two suggestions. Check out COPMOBA's website for a good trail map of the LL's area:

    1) Pet-E-Kes - Pre-Nup - Lunch Line - Eagle's Wing - Eagle's Tail

    2) Pet-E-Kes - Pre-Nup - Gunny Loop - Holey Bucket - Miramonte Rim - Ali-Ali - Curt's Lane

You also can't go wrong with Holy Cross.
