How do I find the PBR trail in Fruita?

I'm passing through for a half day on my way to Keystone, CO from AZ and I was interested in finding the PBR trail off of 18 Road in Fruita. The video I saw looked awesome and its just my style.

I tried doing a bit of research before posting this but alas I am at work & my research time is limited. All help is greatly appreciated and any info on trails similar to the PBR trail are certainly welcome.

    Thanks

    Craig

Accessed from Prime Cut Trail. I think it's a one way trail so you have to ride Prime Cut for access.

    PBR Trail location

You can't miss it, get off I-70 at Fruita exit. Go left and head North. The roads are numbered from their distance to Utah border. The higher the number, the farther East you are. Here's a link. BLM Colorado | Grand Junction Recreation

    See if this works.

18 road is discontinuous so you have to go up 17 for a bit.

I always thought N 3/10 was sort of a silly name for a road. But its a key element to making it to the trail head!

There has been a detour around N 3/10 this summer which has been kind of a pain in the butt. The dirt road off road 18 rd is in decent shape though.
