Eagle Dispersed Camping?

Any suggestions for dispersed camping that would be close to the trails in Eagle? I called the forest service and they indicated there is a good amount of dispersed camping south of town and was wondering if anyone had and suggestions of which forest service roads would give good access to the trails from camp if possible?

Eagle- hardscrabble road (dirt FS road). take brush creek road to it. You will be in the thick of hunting season and see some folks up there.

Or take Spring Creek Rd out of the Eagle Airport area (that is actually probably better...its flatter area for camping)
