    Durango West 2

My wife and I were looking at buying a house up in DW2, but I was told there was no real biking up there.

Anyone know if there is enough trail to get a decent workout/lunch loop action? I looks like there is some trail, but it cuts across a lot of private land outside of the subdivision.

We are also looking up North of town, but at a totally different price-point and we would not have the community/kiddo activities.

    Thanks!

Twin Buttes down the hill is the closest legal, public, decent single track. You'll get a workout riding 160 back up, so look at it as a workout bonus.

Not much of a lunch loop but I could ride dry fork/buttes on the weekends I guess. Is there anything up towards Hesperus
