    You knew it was coming

    More from the Ogden show:

I've played so many of these I feel like I was at the show. Tight freakin' band.

I'm an equal opportunity rock 'n roll band guy:

It's amazing how much sound guitar/bass/drums can put out:

I saw queens of the stone age at the ogden last month and I must say they brought some massive rock with them. Played their entire first album plus two encores. Great rock n roll.

Holy crap. If I played at that pace my hair would be all frizzy and gray, too. Holy crap.

This next vid was the first time I'd ever seen them "live". Letterman brings out some pretty cool acts, I wonder if the audience knows what they're in for.

What? A Melvins and Helmet thread? I love it. I've seen the Melvins a handful of times and Helmet once. All terrific. I'd like to give my mom a mother's day shout out for dropping me off and trusting me at my first Melvins show opening up for Nirvana. I'm amazed I got to see that- I was way too young to be at that show.
