    Yay Customer Service!

Bigups to Bicycle Outfitters in Evergreen who have been treating me well even though I'm a new customer.

I'm not commenting on the freeness of things. Just the quality of the service.

been going there for several years, good guys, friendly, knowledgable and helpful.
They did right by me in my lastest bike purchase.

Need more explanation. You can't just tell us they're good. You need to elaborate on why.

No regrets. Btadlock summed it up well. Someone in my building recommended them. I walked in with a frame and headset, looking to get it pressed in. They did it on the spot and when I asked how much, they said, no charge. Today, I needed a CK baseplate. They didn't have any, so they pulled one from a headset they had in stock. Let's say that I owe them a six-pack and then some. From the glimpse I got of the inside of the shop fridge, a lot of other people feel the same way.

And that's exactly why I didn't elaborate earlier. The "woo, free service!" part was irrelevant to the impression I got of the shop. Good people, good attitude, good service. If I had paid for the headset pressing, it wouldn't have changed my impression of the place.
