New question here. WP camping recommendations

I'm heading up to Winter Park for the weekend. I have never camped in the area and I was wondering if you guys had any recommendations.

P.S. Feel free to PM me if you don't want to make your stash public.

There's camping all over up there. I imagine lots of close in spots will be taken early with all that's going on up there. There are a fair # of spots up Vasquez road. Head down any of the Jeep roads and you should find something.
Take the long cut, we'll get there eventually.

Head up Vasquez Creek - lots of "dispersed" camping up there. Beware the stench of patchouli...

If you want an actual campground with pit toilets and pay sites (family car camping) I'd recommend St. Louis Creek. http://www.fs.fed.us/r2/arnf/recreat...is-creek.shtml
Lots of good xc riding right from camp and close to Fraser. If you just want a spot to pitch a tent, then see above.
