    Chad,

Curious, but where besides this forum have you promoted this event? It shows up in the USAC calendar of events (which I didn't notice until after I'd seen this forum) and on the ADA website (which I'd never think to check for mtb racing info), but where else? I'm asking 'cause I'm concerned about how many folks will be there.

    Mudge,

As I stated before in the other thread, this race came on really fast within 5 weeks. So advertising/promoting was limited. In addition to the spots you mentioned it has been pushed via Facebook, Team WILD, DESA (Diabetes Excercise and Sports Assoc.), flyers posted in all Bicycle Village locations, as well as numerous emails. Feedback looks great considering. As soon as this years race is in the books I will start with a more elaborate promotion for next years event. Bigger/more sponsors, online registration, etc.
I'm actually looking at another event in the later part of 2011 , possibly @ Golden Gate State Park. I'm leaning towards a true endurance based race, maybe a 12hr format.
We will be happy with all that give it a go this weekend.
