Send it to PUSH and forget about it! They know what they're doing because all they do is Fox.

Send it to Fox for service. I sent in an 04 Talas in January and they lost it, Sent me a 2012 float as a replacement- free. Can't beat the customer service, too bad they can't find the forks to repair 'em.

Take it to a dedicated suspension shop.

PUSH will do a good job, as does Dirt Labs. Out of curiosity, I checked how many Fox fork overhauls we've done in the past year. 348 was the number. So we do a fair number of them too.
