If you're working on getting the hookup to the MX races this weekend... I'm of zero use to you, but would LOVE to go! My dirtbike is back in MI sadly. Good luck though!

Is this weekend the big national event?
Last year I rode down from GM on a night ride and rode right in (on my mtb) to catch the last 4 or 5 races. No ticket.
Met some buddies who had been there watching all day. Supprised them with some cold cans of Dales stashed in my pack. Pretty cool event.

nope, not looking for free tix...

rather, i've got my eye on some of the heavy equipment onsite that might find its way over to Golden Bike Park for a couple of days when its not being used.

unless anybody here has a skidsteer/mini-ex/backhoe to loan (or rent cheaply)?

The family that owns the track is there pretty often messing around on that equipment. I'd stop by after this weekend during the day and you'd probably find the information you need.

working on it, but not yet... we'll keep you posted...
now, if we had unlimited access to an excavator and a skidsteer.
