Yes, I think you're right, there ARE more freeriders out there! But now there are two guys in the Front Range needing help to build stunts for their park....kinda makes it hard to plan and commit.

But anyways, your pics look sweet! Looks like you got some good stuff going on there. I'd love to help build, but I have plans that day.

Please keep posting building days or feel free to PM me the dates and times. Cool?
I have no idea what I'm talking about...But yeah, that sounds about right.

Whoa - that's weird. My friend and I stumbled across your stunts a couple of months ago while out on lunch break looking for Maxwell Falls (I know - we were way off, and found the falls shortly after). We were trying to find out who "owned" them. Anyhow, I work in Evergreen, used to build houses (re: have lots o' tools and exp.) and would love to come up and build some stuff with you guys. I'm gonna be in Moab this weekend and have the kids next - but could squeeze in some lunchtime building (I can get out for an hour or two) - or would be happy to work after 5 during the week if that works. PM me and keep me informed if you want.

    maybe...

I'd like to, but have to see how far we've gotten with the kitchen remodel (and whether we're tiling the hallway or not). It sucks washing dishes in the bathroom sink...

    Hells yeah

I'm for sure gonna head up there with you. You all should come... There is a ton of stuff, and there is room for a lot more. Several sweet lines, and a really smooth 7 foot drop. As far as what's going to go up this weekend... there is a long section with a fast wooden roll in (left at the Y on the bridge) then goes to a roller and a teeter totter to a 2 foot drop, that section needs to be finished. There are 2 bridges, one bigish and one small one. Going to make a "dh course" weaving through the trees with berms, and eventually a jump rhythm section. Check out the pictures on the link. I hope to see you guys there.

And it seems like just yesterday you and I were up there when it was cold as balls cutting down 100 freaking lodgepoles trying to clear somewhat of a path. Building the first jump to the right, that took like 6 hours, too... How Time flys by.

I don't like you though, so i'm not going. I have to work, too. But i'll go next Sunday, if we don't get too trashed Sat night.

    Peace.

    Head Count

So far i have Myself, Dave(rally blue), Tony(Comtb), Billy(bpatterson) def coming, i was wondering if anyone else is definate bc i gotta go buy food tonite. Please everyone bring whatever tools you may have. extra is always good, i currently have 2 shovels a pick an axe and a power drill. we could def use another shovel or three and another power drill or two.

    Build plans are.
    1. finish the landing on the big drop
    2. finish the y'ed off section by securing it
    3. install the bridge that is already built by securing it and adding some extra wood.
    4. build the gap to bridge
    5. Video tape as much stuff as possible
    6. if we have time start on building the dirt jumps

    Thanks again guys!!!

    Argh

Somehow I missed you guys - did you change the time or meeting place? I was at the 6th and Union parknride from 9:55 to 10:15am, didn't see anyone with bikes there...
Oh well, I got to ride Bergen Peak, haven't been up there in years. And other than a stupid standing still with my feet on the ground crash (sidis are not good on rocks) and my shock crapping out on me again, it was good...

So did that change or is my reading comprehension that poor?
Anyway, no shock means no bike. I'm gonna have to get a backup shock, or maybe I'll finally build the ht ss that I've been wanting.
Have fun and be sure to post some pics this week. I'm in for the next build/ride session...
