What is on your Holiday Wish List?

So, it's that time of year again. What new gadget, bike frame, shock, accessory, clothing item, etc. has made it on your wish list? What do you want to see under the tree, menorah, or whatever this season?

Me--hoping for some new biking shorts. I'm a new baggie convert. Could use a new riding jersey too. Maybe a Garmin GPS bike computer--but fat chance. I could also use some new gloves. What about you?

I think I already spent all my Xmas goodwill..

"Come on honey, this will definitely be the last nice weekend this year, looks like I'll need to spend it riding.."

Not sure how many more times I can sell that story.

I'll be happy to receive anything bike related for Christmas.
A trail that’s too difficult wouldn’t exist because it’d never be used. But, trails can exist that’re too difficult for you.

What's on my wishlist? Some effing SNOW for starters. I know I know... you all can just shoot me now, but I want SNOW. Beyond that, in no particular order of importance:

    1. An XC bike. Should be ANY minute...
    2. 1,000 miles on my road bike before spring.
    3. A few days on dry trail before spring.
    4. Re-learn Half Cabs on the snowboard, and maybe graduate to a full 3.
    5. Snow. Seriously.
    6. Rebuilt 2nd and 3rd straight on the Extra Crispy 4X track in Nathrop.
    7. Some dirtjumps that I can actually jump.
The older I get, the faster I was.

    Punch it, Chewie.

Mmmmm... second that. A nice Ti spring for the DHX5..

Never could convince myself to spend the money considering you could buy a decent used DJ bike for the same price.. but it would just be rude not to accept a present.

    Lots....

I just got my SS Rigid 29'er and a red King rear hub laced to a Mavic XC-717 disc wheel with black spokes and red alloy nipples for the BLT. There are benefits to being single, I remind myself.

Always room for more, so here are a couple things I could use:
--Red King front hub to match the rear.
--Easton Monkeylite carbon bars for the SS.
--Sexy salsa skewers in red for the BLT.
    --Ergon grips.
--Guitar Hero 3 (for recovery days, right?)

My shipping address is available upon request.
    Just keep spinning.

Second thought, I could use some clipless shoes so I can put good pedals back on and learn clipless.

    Christmas came early...

    69'er.jpg

Thanks to veloswap. I was able to sell enough/make enough connections to be able to get myself the first Trek 69'er Top Fuel from University Bikes.

Haven't had too much time to ride it due to injury/ my brother's wedding/ and work, grrr.

Yikes! I just looked at my Christmas list and realized 8 out of 9 items are bike-related. And one is sorta bike-related (a gorilla-pod for the camera)
I drank the 29er koolaid- turns out it was POWERade
