Spinach salad w/ chicken, feta, tomatoes and eggplant; topped with tahini tomato dressing. Oh and a hunk of cibatta bread. I just might buy some bike parts while I'm noshing. Does this mean I'm OT?

as I continue to work on losing some of the gross tonage that I have accumulated since last fall, 6 oz of salad, 8oz of cooked vegs, and 4oz of protein.
The items that fill the requirements are not that exciting, believe me.

Why does it say paper jam when there is no paper jam? I swear to God, one of these days, I just kick this piece of s**t out the window.

You didn't have an option for ramen noodles to pay for more bike parts.

Something of the microwavable variety. I think it is of the mexican variety. Safeway had a good deal on them this weekend so I will be "Eating Right" microwavable meals for a few more days.

They tempt me when I'm feeling lazy but I would be hungry 10 minutes after eating one of those.
