    what would be a good time to complete lower captain jacks

    whats a good time for captain jacks for a beginner so i can track some of my progress

    Strava times from High Drive to the lower lot ranges between a KOM of 7:19 and 1:15:05 so I'd say you're doing pretty well if you're in that range.

    (honestly though, why would anyone post it to Strava if it took 75 minutes to get down Cap'n Jacks???)
